Aileen Wong, NASM, Lululemon Ambassador, is a passionate Group Class Instructor and NASM CPT living in Hong Kong. She is the founder of MINDFIT and IncluFit, that focus on inspiring others to live healthy lifestyles and providing safe space for special needs populations. She has over 10 years’ experience teaching GX and is the Fitness Director and Master Trainer of Fluid X, where she teaches Fluid X Foundation Course to train trainers to use FX aqua bags for workouts, movements from functional training to stability, power and strength. She has taught in Germany (FIBO), Singapore (JR), Thailand (AFC), Dubai (Dubai Active).
