ABOUT AFC
Mission and History:
The Asia Fitness Conference (AFC) – Leading Wellness through Lifestyle Transformation – is back for the 15th time, this time with an extra twist: longer, more in-depth sessions on selected topics on Friday. The event will take place in BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand from Friday 18th October to Sunday 20th October 2024 with an additional post-conference session day on Monday, 21st October.
AFC consists of 3 + 1 unforgettable days of learning, exercising, networking and having fun in Asia’s most impactful fitness conference.
AFC 2024 will offer:
- Over 160 educational sessions, taught by some of the industry’s best,
- A vibrant exhibition with 30+ international companies, exciting competitions and inspirational showcase sessions
- An exciting Saturday Night Party.
- Full day post-conference sessions on Monday, October 21st.
AFC 2024 is THE place to network with fitness professionals and enthusiasts, club and business owners/managers, healthcare professionals, wellness providers and leading brands in the industry.

Additionally, AFC will be co-located this year with the inaugural International Wellness Festival (IWF) which will offer 2 days of workouts for the general public as well as a separate exhibition for consumers.
